InSchool.dk was founded by Nathja Mortensen, who holds a bachelor’s degree in Education and has studied for a master’s degree in Educational Anthropology.
With more than 17 years of experience in the Danish school system, she has always focused on supporting children in navigating their lives so they are well prepared for both small and large challenges.
Nathja has worked at all levels of the school system, from staff member to department head, manager, consultant, and most recently as a senior manager at the municipal administration level in Gentofte Municipality.
Her extensive knowledge of everyday school life, the system itself, and pedagogical and learning tools makes her deeply committed to children’s wellbeing and positive school experiences.
